All Seasons American Service Animals is a non-profit organization committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of U.S. military veterans struggling with PTSD and traumatic brain injuries (TBI). Based in the northwest metro area of Minnesota, we proudly provide highly trained assistance dogs at no cost to veterans, empowering them to regain their independence, confidence, and quality of life. Our program is built on compassion, respect, and a deep commitment to supporting those who have served our country.
Our service dogs are specifically trained to assist with the unique challenges faced by veterans, offering emotional support, stability, and a sense of security. Through comprehensive, hands-on training, we ensure that each veteran is matched with a service dog who meets their individual needs, personality, and lifestyle. Our focus is on creating strong, effective partnerships that foster long-term success and positively impact the veteran’s well-being.
We stand with our heroes by providing a dedicated partner in their journey toward healing.

In 1991, Maureen and her husband, Jeff, moved to the Grand Forks area. With family members who had served in the armed forces, they understood the sacrifices service members make. Living near the Grand Forks Air Force Base during the Gulf War gave them firsthand insight into the physical and invisible injuries veterans carried home. Wanting to help, they eventually moved back to Minnesota and settled in Corcoran, where Maureen pursued a new dream—opening a dog boarding business that continues to thrive today more than 20 years later. Over a decade ago, the Clippertons added a new chapter to their dog-centered life by breeding one litter a year of their beloved British Labradors. They raised, trained, and donated these dogs to organizations that placed them with veterans living with PTSD. Through these experiences, the Clippertons deepened their commitment to this mission. In December 2024, they founded their own nonprofit, All Seasons American Service Animals (ASASA), to run a full service dog program from start to finish. Every contribution, large or small, supports Minnesota veterans by pairing them with specially trained service animals. Through these partnerships, ASASA helps veterans lead fuller, healthier lives at home, at work, and in their communities. Maureen is currently an active board member for ASASA.

The passion for animals in the Stalcar household runs deep. Katie, and her husband, Jeremy, dedicate their time and love to their fur babies (4 resident dogs / 1 pup in training / 3 cats / 2 horses) and their first actual human baby that arrived back in September 2025. Katie graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a B.S. in Law Enforcement and a B.S. in Environmental Science. During the warm months, you can catch Katie and her husband horseback riding, boating or projects around their small hobby farm and snowboarding in the winter months. Katie had multiple family members who served in the Vietnam War and in law enforcement. After seeing how the war both at home and abroad affected her family further grew Katie’s passion for helping veterans. Katie’s venture with All Seasons started on weekends socializing many litters of Clipperton puppies, which grew into something much more. After attending her first service dog graduation, Katie found out how important raising these dogs actually is. She heard each veterans story and learned about impact these dogs had to their lives. The experience left not one dry eye in the room. She knew that this is where she could help make a difference. Not long after, Katie joined the mission to raise and train a pup from each litter and looks forward to many more years of helping veterans through our adored labs. Katie is currently an active board member for ASASA.

Terra grew up in a proud military family and briefly served in the military herself before marrying her husband.
